The Pueblo Peope Information
Foods and Religions
The pueblo people ate a lot of things like beans,squash ,peepers,wheat,corn,turkey,mice and rabbits.the pueblo people are really good farmers the didn't go out to hunt because they were in the desert there is not that much animals so the had to be farmers.The women would go pick nuts,fruits,and herbs.The men did the hunting the hunted mice,turkey and rabbit.The made a lot of things I think that they were the best farmers.
The pueblo people believed in many mystic beings and gods.Today they call them Kachinas.The Kachians could speak directly with the gods.People who asked Kachina to help them.Dancing was the main way that people connected with Kachinas.That is really cool that the can do connect with gods.
Climate and Entertainment The climate where the pueblo people it was really hot and dry.Their was a lack of rain .They had to find a way to get water to their fields.The dug narrow ditches from the rivers to their fields.The games the pueblo people played games like corncob dart and the pa tol sticks. The Pueblo people just walked they didn't horses they just walked.The men used bow and arrows.They also used spears and war clubs.The war club really dangerous. The women was in charge of the family and the men was in charge of the politics,agriculture and war.

My Native Story
The spirit warrior
One day Segenam(lazy)was helping his dad work in the field. He was tired of working so he said, dad I want to be a warrior to help our Tribe. His dad smile and said okay son, but you need to work hard to be the best warrior you can be. There was nothing he couldn't do.
While Segenam was training to be a warrior he heard a baby crying. There was a baby who was crying right next to his mom. Segenam thought to himself, what does this mean.
There was a big attack on there tribe and every person died including him.
The baby name was Catori (spirit) she was a good girl who had a great spirit. When she grew up she was training to be a warrior like Segenam. She became tired as time went by, Segenam appeared out of no where and said to her, "you can do it, never give, keep on trying." She kept trying and everything got better for her. Segenam came back and said good job spirit warrior.
